Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope

  • Site Security: Key holder responsibilities and daily security checks and patrols.
  • Maintenance: Responding promptly to repair requests and carrying out general maintenance tasks with precision.
  • Facilities Support: Assisting the Site Manager with contractor management and preparation of facilities for external lettings.
