An ambitious Lambeth primary seeks an inspiring Year 4 Teacher to join Upper Key Stage 2 from January 2026. The successful Year 4 Teacher will be expected to plan in advance of January 2026, attend a supportive induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026. We are looking for a Year 4 Teacher who can combine energetic classroom presence with sharp assessment practice and a love of enquiry learning.

Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities
The Year 4 Teacher will design and deliver progressive maths and English sequences as the Year 4 Teacher; plan foundation topics that build vocabulary and disciplinary knowledge as the Year 4 Teacher; run targeted booster groups and contribute to phase moderation as the Year 4 Teacher. The Year 4 Teacher will prepare material and evidence for review meetings planned after January 2026.

Year 4 Teacher Requirements
Applicants should be a qualified Year 4 Teacher with QTS/PGCE or equivalent, demonstrable KS2 experience and confident behaviour management. The Year 4 Teacher must be available for planning sessions before January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to start teaching from January 2026.
