Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across Lower Key Stage 2.
• Differentiate learning to support the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and resilience.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share planning and best practice.
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively.
