Our Client is looking for a Religious Studies ECT to work within a thriving mixed secondary school in Watford. The successful RS ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and receive dedicated mentorship throughout their induction year.

School Information
This 11–18 school educates around 1,150 students and achieves excellent academic results, with 94% of students gaining grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The RS department is well established, focusing on ethical reasoning, discussion, and critical debate.

Staff describe the school as inclusive, forward-thinking, and compassionate. Leadership actively supports ECTs through CPD, observation cycles, and peer mentoring.
