A prestigious Independent School in Bedford is seeking a Head of Music to lead their dynamic Performing Arts department from immediate start. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Music Teacher ready to step into leadership or an existing Head of Music seeking a new environment.

About the Role

You will:

  • Lead departmental planning and curriculum progression

  • Direct choirs, ensembles, and musical productions

  • Teach Music across KS3–KS5

  • Coordinate concerts, tours, recitals, and festivals

  • Shape department strategy and maintain strong musical culture
