A highly-regarded Independent School in Cambridge is seeking a talented and passionate Art Teacher to join the Art & Design department for an immediate start. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a creative and well-resourced department where the arts play a central role in school identity.

About the Role

You will teach Art across KS3–KS5, supporting students in technical skill development, creative experimentation, and building thoughtful, well-presented portfolios. The department offers a rich range of media including drawing, mixed media, painting, printmaking, and digital art. Students regularly enter regional exhibitions and national competitions.

There are also opportunities to:

  • Lead extra-curricular art workshops

  • Curate student exhibition spaces

  • Support A-Level portfolio development

  • Collaborate with local galleries and artist practitioners
