The school’s ECT programme includes one-to-one mentoring, peer observations, and tailored training workshops. ECTs are encouraged to develop their teaching style while being supported every step of the way.

Experience and Qualifications
• A degree in Mathematics or a related field
• PGCE/QTS or equivalent
• Ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
• A commitment to continuous improvement

Salary
Paid to scale (M1–M2) on a direct school contract.
