An Outstanding secondary school in Reading is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to provide academic and pastoral support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Experience and Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or classroom support (preferred)
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• A desire to make a positive impact in students’ lives

Paid to scale depending on experience.
