We are currently seeking a motivated and inventive Design & Technology ECT to join an innovative and high-achieving secondary school in Salisbury. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026.

The DT Department is exceptionally well-resourced, featuring CAD/CAM systems, 3D printers, and CNC machinery. Role Information
You will teach DT across KS3/4, specialising in Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Engineering. As an ECT, you will be fully supported by a mentor, receive regular coaching, and have access to outstanding training opportunities throughout your induction years.

Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in DT, Product Design, or Engineering
• PGCE and QTS
• Ability to teach DT to KS3/4
• A commitment to creativity, innovation, and sustainability

Salary
Paid to scale on MPS
