We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Art ECT to join an inclusive and dynamic secondary school in Reading. This full-time, permanent role offers the perfect environment for an Early Career Teacher looking to develop their practice within a vibrant and well-resourced department.

School Information
This Reading school is recognised for its commitment to inclusivity, creativity, and academic success. The Art Department is well-equipped with modern studios, digital art suites, and a dedicated exhibition space. Staff enjoy strong leadership support, collaborative planning, and an environment that encourages innovation.

Role Information
You will teach Art across KS3/4, helping students explore different techniques and develop their creative confidence. The school provides full ECT support, including dedicated mentors, regular observations, and access to bespoke CPD programmes to help you thrive in your first teaching role.

Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Art, Fine Art, or related subject
• PGCE and QTS
• Ability to teach Art to KS3/4
• Enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to grow professionally

Salary
Paid to scale on MPS
