We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Year 5 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality lessons that stretch and inspire every pupil.
• Prepare children for the academic and social challenges of Upper Key Stage 2.
• Use assessment effectively to ensure progress for all learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
• (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.
• Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators.
• Demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment to inclusion.
• Are open to taking on additional responsibility through a TLR.
