Our Client is looking for a Drama Teacher to work within a lively mixed school in Southend-on-Sea. The successful Drama Teacher will teach KS3 & KS4 and help lead the school’s performing arts programme.

School Information
This 11–18 school serves around 1,150 students and continues to achieve strong results, with 92% of pupils achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Drama department is well-equipped with a performance studio, costume workshop, and digital sound system.

Teachers describe the environment as creative, inclusive, and engaging. The school has a strong commitment to the arts, hosting annual productions and showcases involving hundreds of students. Leadership encourages initiative and provides excellent CPD opportunities for staff.
