The Opportunity & Contract Profile

Join the dedicated premises team of an Outstanding school committed to maintaining a high-quality environment. This role requires flexibility and practical skills to support the daily running and security of the school buildings and grounds.

  • Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
  • Working Hours: Standard school support hours (flexibility required for key holding).

Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope

  • Site Security: Key holding duties and responsibility for the secure lock-up and opening of the premises.
  • Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, basic DIY, and ensuring all maintenance logs are accurately recorded.
  • Support: Assisting the Site Manager with porterage and supporting cleaning operations as needed.

Essential Requirements & Benefits

  • Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a site support role, good communication skills, and a commitment to site safety and security.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary, dependent on experience (ranging from £24,000 – £28,000).
