Excellent opportunity for a creative DT ECT to start their teaching career in a forward-thinking Technology Department

We are seeking a Design & Technology ECT to join a progressive and academically ambitious school in Taunton. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for an Early Career Teacher eager to combine creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on teaching in a modern DT setting.

Experience and Qualifications
• DT ECT able to teach up to KS5 (Product Design / Engineering / Resistant Materials)
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of CAD/CAM
• Excellent communication and practical teaching skills
• QTS or PGCE completed by January 2026
• Legal right to work in the UK
