English Teacher (ECT) – Worcester – January 2026
A well-established and inclusive 11–18 school in Worcester is looking to appoint an Early Career Teacher of English to join its thriving English department from January 2026.

The Opportunity
You’ll teach English across KS3–KS4, with potential to contribute to KS5 as you gain experience. The department is highly collaborative — ECTs receive a full induction, weekly mentor meetings and the chance to observe experienced practitioners.
The English team shares schemes of work, creative lesson ideas and resources that encourage a love of reading and writing. You’ll have the freedom to bring your own flair while working within a strong, well-sequenced curriculum.
