The school fosters a calm, purposeful climate — excellent behaviour systems are in place, allowing new teachers to develop instructional confidence without unnecessary classroom stress.

Requirements:

  • PGCE / QTS in Science

  • A reflective teacher willing to collaborate with colleagues

  • Strong passion for learning and student development

Salary: Paid on MPS1–MPS2.
