The Opportunity & Contract Profile
Join the premises team of an Outstanding High School committed to ensuring the premises operate smoothly and efficiently to support student learning. This essential leadership role demands a high standard of building and grounds maintenance and excellent logistical planning.
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Working Hours: Standard 37 hours per week (flexibility required).
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Leadership: Overall responsibility for premises staff, daily operations, and operational efficiency across the site.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring a safe environment through diligent security procedures and adherence to all health and safety legislation.
- Facilities Management: Managing contractors for specialist services and overseeing all reactive and planned maintenance.
Essential Requirements & Benefits
- Candidate Profile: Significant managerial experience in a similar setting, comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance systems, and H&S certification.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications (ranging from £35,000 – £42,000+).
