We are seeking an experienced SENCO to join a top Independent School in Bath. This full-time, permanent role involves overseeing the school’s SEND provision, ensuring every student is supported to reach their potential through inclusive and personalised teaching.

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete the qualification
• Proven experience supporting students with additional needs
• Excellent understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Legal right to work in the UK
