We are seeking a talented Design & Technology ECT to join a progressive and high-achieving school in Reading. This full-time, permanent position is perfect for an Early Career Teacher passionate about hands-on learning, sustainability, and design innovation.

Experience and Qualifications
• DT ECT able to teach across KS3–KS5
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and design principles
• Enthusiastic and committed to creative teaching methods
• QTS or PGCE completed by January 2026
• Legal right to work in the UK
