The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide in-class support to students with varying learning needs.
• Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources.
• Support literacy, numeracy, and social development across KS3–KS4.
• Assist with small group work and targeted intervention sessions.
