Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope

  • Site Security: Key holding duties, locking/unlocking premises, and monitoring access points.
  • Maintenance: Undertaking minor repairs (plumbing, carpentry, decorating) and general DIY tasks.
  • Cleaning & Presentation: Ensuring grounds and buildings are clean, tidy, and fit for purpose, particularly during periods of high demand.
