Our Client is looking for a Geography ECT to work within a well-established mixed school in York. The successful Geography ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and join a team with a history of supporting early career teachers.

School Information
This 11–18 school serves around 1,300 students and achieves excellent results, with 94% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Geography department has a strong emphasis on enquiry-based learning, sustainability and fieldwork.

The school offers a comprehensive ECT programme with weekly observations, structured mentoring and developmental CPD. Teachers describe it as a welcoming environment that values enthusiasm, creativity and professional growth.

Experience and Qualifications
• Geography ECT with the ability to teach KS3 & KS4
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
• Legal right to work within the UK

Paid to scale on MPS
