Our Client is looking for an English ECT to work within a thriving mixed secondary school in Leeds. The successful candidate will teach KS3 & KS4 and receive a strong induction and mentoring programme.

School Information
This 11–18 comprehensive school has around 1,250 students and continues to achieve excellent results, with 93% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The English department is creative and dynamic, offering a broad curriculum and enrichment opportunities such as writing workshops and debating societies.

ECTs are provided with reduced timetables, dedicated mentoring and tailored CPD sessions to ensure confidence and steady progress throughout the academic year. Staff describe the environment as positive, collaborative and ambitious, with approachable leadership and a strong sense of community.

Experience and Qualifications
• English ECT with the ability to teach KS3 & KS4
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
• Legal right to work within the UK

Salary
Paid to scale on MPS
