We are seeking a motivated and adaptable IT Technician to join a successful and high-performing secondary academy in Salisbury. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure and supporting staff and students in a technology-driven learning environment.
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience providing first- and second-line IT support (school experience advantageous)
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate effectively with staff at all levels
• Excellent organisational and customer service skills
• Relevant IT qualifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent) preferred

The IT Technician will work alongside a small but experienced IT team, supporting classroom technology, hardware maintenance, and AV setups for events. The role involves varied daily tasks, including user support, software installation, and assisting with school-wide digital initiatives.

Salary
