A dynamic secondary school in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Business/Economics to join their highly collaborative Social Sciences department from January 2026.

  • ECT of Business/Economics required from January 2026.

  • Seeking an enthusiastic ECT committed to teaching both academic Economics and vocational Business subjects.

You will teach across KS4 and KS5, covering both GCSE and A-Level courses. The role is designed to maximize your exposure to different curriculum pathways, supported by an experienced mentor with specialist knowledge.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS by January 2026.
  • Relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong subject knowledge across GCSE and A-Level.
  • Commitment to guiding students through both academic and vocational pathways.
