Music Teacher – Cambridge – Independent School

Are you passionate about developing young musicians within an inspiring environment? A prestigious Independent School in Cambridge is looking to appoint a Music Teacher to join their team this January. This full-time role offers excellent resources, a supportive team, and opportunities to contribute to a thriving musical programme.

The successful candidate will teach KS3–KS4, with potential involvement in A-Level or enrichment activities such as choirs, orchestras, and performances.

School Information:
This Independent School has a long-standing tradition of excellence in both academics and the performing arts. The Music department is exceptionally well-equipped, including recording studios and dedicated performance spaces. Staff are supported with excellent CPD and strong pastoral care.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Music Teacher to Key Stage 3/4 (KS5 advantageous)

  • QTS or PGCE

  • Degree in Music or related subject

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and aligned with the Independent School scale.
