We are seeking an experienced and committed SENCO to join a high-achieving school in Taunton. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to lead the SEND strategy across the school and ensure every student receives personalised support.

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to undertake the qualification
• Proven experience in SEND leadership
• Excellent organisational, communication, and mentoring skills
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Legal right to work in the UK
