Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to undertake the qualification
• Proven experience in SEND leadership
• Excellent organisational, communication, and mentoring skills
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Legal right to work in the UK
