We are seeking an enthusiastic, academically ambitious, and committed English and Film Teacher to join the thriving faculty at a highly regarded secondary academy in the prestigious Westminster area of Central London.

We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- A proven track record as an excellent English Teacher (covering both Language and Literature to at least KS4).
- The ability and experience to successfully teach Film Studies to A-Level (KS5).
- A genuine passion for both subjects and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
- The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
- A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
