We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SENCO to work within a high-achieving school in Bournemouth. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to shape the school’s SEND provision and make a tangible difference to student outcomes. The successful SENCO will work closely with senior leaders, staff, and parents to ensure all learners thrive academically and personally.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified SENCO or willingness to complete the NASENCO qualification
• Proven success leading and improving SEND provision
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Legal right to work in the UK
