We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science ECT to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Southampton this January 2026. You will teach Science across Key Stages 3–5, inspiring curiosity and a love for learning through dynamic and practical lessons. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons across KS3–KS5.
• Inspire students to explore scientific concepts through experimentation and enquiry-based learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback to promote achievement.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as STEM clubs, science fairs, and enrichment events.

About You:
• A degree in a Science-related discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
• PGCE with QTS (or pending award).
• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching Science.
• Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
