About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Drama ECT to join a thriving school in Hertfordshire rated Ofsted ‘Good’. This is a wonderful opportunity to teach Drama from KS3–KS5, inspiring students to express creativity and build confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach engaging Drama lessons and lead school performances.
• Support students’ personal and creative development.
• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to extracurricular Drama clubs and productions.
