Business Studies ECT - Supportive Secondary School

Our Client is looking for a Business Studies ECT to work within a dynamic mixed secondary school in Oldham. The successful Business Studies ECT will be expected to teach KS3 & KS4 and will receive dedicated guidance through an excellent induction and mentoring programme.

School Information
This 11–18 mixed comprehensive has around 1,250 students and a strong record of academic achievement, with 93% of pupils achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. Business Studies is a popular and expanding subject, supported by excellent facilities including ICT suites, enterprise spaces, and strong links with local companies for project-based learning.

The school has a strong reputation for supporting early career teachers. ECTs receive a reduced timetable, structured CPD sessions, and one-to-one mentoring from experienced practitioners. Experience and Qualifications
