About the Role
As the Year 4 Teacher, you will inspire pupils through engaging and well-planned lessons that challenge and support their learning. You’ll play a key role in helping children develop independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and well-structured lessons for Year 4 pupils
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Participate in wider school life and professional development
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4 or nearby year groups
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A reflective, motivated, and supportive approach to teaching
