About the School
A high-performing 11–18 school in Reading is seeking a Science ECT to join their outstanding Science Department from January 2026.
The school serves 1,400 students, including a Sixth Form of 350, holds an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating and it ranks among the top 10% of schools nationally for progress.

About the Role
This full-time, permanent position offers a comprehensive induction programme and the opportunity to teach Science across all key stages. You will inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence through practical experiments and inquiry-based lessons.

The Science Department is one of the school’s strongest faculties, featuring modern laboratories, digital resources, and full technician support. You’ll be part of a friendly, forward-thinking team that shares best practice and promotes innovation.
