Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum.

- Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress to support individual development.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to plan cross-curricular and enrichment activities.

- Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers to support learning and wellbeing.

Requirements

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.

- Strong knowledge of early reading, phonics, and numeracy development.

- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.

- Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to fostering a love of learning.
