The Role

Plan and deliver exciting, differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.

Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and motivated.

Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.

Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to plan creative learning experiences.

Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development.

Contribute to the wider school life, including events, clubs, and enrichment activities.

About You

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1.

- Strong knowledge of early phonics and early years transition.

- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

- A reflective, enthusiastic, and caring approach to teaching.

- Commitment to inclusion, high standards, and pupil wellbeing.
