EYFS Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
· Observe, assess, and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and using data to inform planning.
· Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures each child’s development.
· Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support individual learning needs.
· Encourage children’s independence, communication, and social development through interactive and creative activities.
· Promote a love of learning through imaginative, hands-on experiences.

EYFS Teacher Requirements
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
· Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
· Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
· Passionate about early years education and inclusive practice.
· Ability to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
