Art Teacher (ECT) – Leicestershire – January 2026

A creative and high-achieving 11–18 school in Leicestershire is seeking an energetic and imaginative Teacher of Art from January 2026 — an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher ready to bring fresh ideas to an established department.

The Role

You’ll teach Art across KS3–KS4 and support enrichment activities such as exhibitions, workshops and community projects. The department balances traditional techniques with contemporary themes, encouraging students to explore different media, styles and concepts.

As an ECT, you’ll be guided by experienced colleagues and receive regular feedback to help refine your practice.
