Our Client is looking for a Geography ECT to work within a vibrant mixed secondary school in Lincoln. The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 and receive full induction and mentoring support.

School Information
This is a good 11–18 mixed school with around 1,100 students and a reputation for academic excellence. In 2024, 92% achieved grades 9–4 at GCSE, and Geography achieved 90%. The department benefits from modern classrooms with interactive maps, fieldwork equipment and access to digital geography tools.

Teachers describe the school as nurturing, well-managed and professional. The leadership team has a clear focus on supporting early-career teachers through structured CPD sessions, classroom coaching and a reduced timetable. The atmosphere is collaborative, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and career progression.

Experience and Qualifications
• Geography ECT with the ability to teach KS3 and KS4
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
• Legal ability to work within the UK
