The successful Year 6 Teacher will prepare before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 6 Teacher.

Role overview — Year 6 Teacher
The Year 6 Teacher will design rigorous revision sequences, lead SATs preparation where appropriate, and run targeted booster groups as the Year 6 Teacher. The Year 6 Teacher will coordinate transition to secondary schools, work closely with pastoral staff and communicate with families in the weeks around January 2026 and beyond. The Full-Time Year 6 Teacher will take part in leadership meetings and assessment cycles from January 2026.

Candidate essentials — Year 6 Teacher
• QTS and proven Upper KS2 experience required of the Year 6 Teacher.
• Strong data-informed planning, behaviour management and parental engagement skills for the Year 6 Teacher.
• Available for pre-term planning before January 2026, induction in January 2026 and teaching from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 6 Teacher.
