A thriving 11–18 school in Gloucester, serving approximately 1,200 pupils, is seeking a passionate and talented Art ECT to join their successful Visual Arts Department from January 2026. About the Role
The appointed teacher will teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5, guiding students through coursework and portfolio development for GCSE and A-Level. You will support creative exploration, helping students develop their technical skill and artistic identity. In addition to classroom teaching, you will have the opportunity to contribute to school-wide art initiatives, public exhibitions, and workshops with visiting artists.
ECTs benefit from strong mentoring, regular feedback, and tailored professional development sessions. Candidate Requirements
• PGCE with QTS (or pending) in Art & Design or Fine Art
• Strong creative and practical skillset
