We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Class Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Lincolnshire from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: Year 5 Class Teacher
Location: Lincolnshire
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Year 5 Teacher, you will:
- Lead a motivated Year 5 class, preparing pupils for Upper Key Stage 2 expectations.
- Deliver engaging lessons that develop literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum skills.
- Use effective assessment to ensure all pupils make strong progress.
- Foster a classroom culture that is inclusive, supportive, and ambitious.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to maintain high standards.
- (If applicable) Take on a subject or phase leadership role as part of a TLR.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.
- Have strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum and assessment expectations.
- Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators.
- Demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment to inclusion.
- Are open to leadership opportunities if seeking a TLR.
