We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow. Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 5.

- Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.

- Develop and implement strategies to support children with additional learning needs.

- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and external agencies to ensure personalised learning.

- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and development.

- Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.

Year 5 Teacher Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Experience teaching upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5) children.

- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and strategies to support learners with SEND.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passionate about fostering inclusion and supporting all aspects of pupil development.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
