  • Job Title: Head of Drama (with Teaching Responsibility)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Start Date: January 2026
  • Salary: Paid on the Main/Upper Teachers' Pay Scales (MPS/UPS) plus a significant TLR.
  • The Role: The teacher will lead and manage the Drama department, delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE), and 5 (A-Level). They will direct school productions, manage the budget, and oversee curriculum development.

Requirements

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has the right to work in the UK.
  • Possesses substantial experience teaching and leading Drama at KS3/4/5.
