Physics Teaching Opportunity - Strong Secondary School - Huddersfield

A strong secondary school in Huddersfield is seeking a full-time Physics Teacher to join its Science department from January 2026. The post involves teaching Physics across KS4 and possibly at KS5 depending on your background.
• Physics Teacher required from January 2026
• Full time in a high academic standard school in Huddersfield
• Teach Physics at KS4 (with chance of KS5 involvement)

We are looking for a teacher who can enthuse students with Physics, bring experiments alive, and convey the beauty of scientific inquiry.

Experience and Qualifications
• QTS with Physics or Science specialism
• Experience or strong training background in teaching Physics at secondary level
• Confident with practical work, exam preparation, and differentiating to stretch and support students
• Right to work in UK

The school is well-established and has been regarded as among the better schools in its region for Science performance.

Salary
Paid to scale (MPS/UPS), depending on experience.
