About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Year 6 Teacher to join the school on a full-time, fixed-term basis starting January 2026.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging, challenging, and creative lessons across the Year 6 curriculum
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Support pupils in preparing for transition to secondary school
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular and enrichment activities

Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 6 / Upper Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management, differentiation, and assessment skills
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Experience in a primary school setting is desirable
