Geography ECT - Supportive School in Lincolnshire

A supportive secondary school in Lincolnshire is recruiting a Geography ECT for January 2026. You’ll teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to develop skills in KS5 delivery as you grow into the role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Geography teacher eager to bring the subject to life through engaging fieldwork and classroom learning.

Experience and Qualifications
• QTS or pending award with a Geography specialism
• Strong knowledge of curriculum content and teaching strategies
• Enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to develop professionally
• Legal right to work in the UK

School Information
The school, modernised in the early 2010s, places a strong emphasis on Humanities. It has well-resourced Geography classrooms and a dedicated ECT support programme, ensuring new teachers settle quickly and confidently.

Salary
MPS1 (in line with ECT pay).
