An ambitious Independent School in Birmingham is recruiting a creative Year 3 Teacher to join its KS2 phase on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver coherent Year 3 sequences as the Year 3 Teacher, building fluency in number and depth in reading.
• The Year 3 Teacher will use formative assessment to personalise learning, run targeted interventions and report progress.
• As Year 3 Teacher, you will contribute to enrichment, lead a small extracurricular club and support cross-phase moderation.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements
• QTS and secure KS2 experience as a Year 3 Teacher.
• Evidence of effective classroom practice and a reflective approach as the Year 3 Teacher.
• A collaborative Year 3 Teacher able to start pre-term planning before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach as a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher from January 2026.
