Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 2 students.
· Assess, record, and report on pupil progress, setting clear learning goals.
· Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
· Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning.
· Maintain effective communication with parents and carers about pupil progress and wellbeing.
· Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.

Year 2 Teacher Requirements
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 2.
· Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment processes.
· Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
· Passionate about inspiring young learners and promoting a love of learning.
· Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development.
