Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons as the Year 3 Teacher, focusing on deepening conceptual understanding in maths and fluency in reading.
• As Year 3 Teacher, use assessment to inform personalised learning and run targeted small-group interventions.
• The Year 3 Teacher will lead cross-curricular projects and contribute to enrichment activities and parental engagement starting from the January 2026 start.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements

• QTS and solid KS2 classroom experience as a Year 3 Teacher.
• A reflective Year 3 Teacher who can model excellent classroom practice and manage behaviour sensitively.
• A Year 3 Teacher ready to attend pre-term planning before the January 2026 start, to engage in induction during the January 2026 start, and to teach full-time from the January 2026 start.
